Precast Bedding Mortar - Cembed

Pozament Precast Bedding Mortar - Cembed is a pre-blended cementitious bedding mortar with a high bond strength and shrink compensating agent to reduce the risk of cracking. It gives excellent structural support in gaps from 10mm right up to 75mm and can be used for filling and finishing gaps down to 5mm.

Pozament Cembed Pozament has good early strength gain, achieving a compressive strength of 29 N/mm2 after 1 day, 40 N/mm2 after 7 days and 56 N/mm2 after 28 days.
The high bond, shrink resisting formula of Pozament Cembed allows accurate installation of precast concrete sections with reduced risk of cracking or emergence of gaps.
Pozament Cembed can be used in gaps between 10mm and 75mm for structural support and down to 5mm for finishing.

As a one-part, pre-blended mortar, Pozament Cembed bedding mortar is suitable for bedding and structural support of precast concrete wall sections.
Chloride free bedding mortar for steel reinforced concrete
Since Pozament Cembed is a chloride free bedding mortar, it can be safely used with steel reinforced concrete.
Bedding mortar for tunnel segments
Pozament Cembed is ideal for use as a bedding mortar for installation of tunnel segments and precast wall sections.
