Accelerated Polymer Modified Grout

Pozament Accelerated Polymer Modified Grouts are pre-blended cementitous grouts designed for use in wet conditions where accelerated initial set is required. They are made with polymeric additives and accelerators to provide grouts with excellent washout resistance.

Pozament Accelerated Polymer Modified Grouts offer a fast initial set time of 1 hours and final set time of 3 hours. This allows work to be completed quickly.
Pozament Polymer Modified Grouts are available in a range of strengths to meet the requirement of the client and the site – see technical datasheet for details. They achieve an early life compressive strength of up to 10 N/mm2 after 1 day, 16 N/mm2 after 3 days, 21 N/mm2 after 7 days and 30 N/mm2 after 28 days.
Pozament Accelerated Polymer Modified Grouts have fast setting times and a high washout resistance helping them displace water and stay in place.

Fast setting polymer modified grout
for tidal structures and marine environments
Pozament Accelerated Polymer Modified Grouts are designed to set quickly resist washout making them suitable for marine applications where work needed to be completed while the tide is out. This includes sea walls, ports, harbours and coastal defences.
Fast setting polymer modified grouts for utilities
Fast setting times and washout resistance of Pozament Accelerated Polymer Modified Grouts make them suitable for use in utility works, both for construction and installation or repair of utility infrastructure.
Rapid set polymer modified grout for piling
With excellent washout resistance, Pozament Accelerated Polymer Modified Grouts are suitable for use in piling applications, including in wet conditions where they help displace water.
Accelerated polymer modified grout for groundworks and tunnelling
Pozament Accelerated Polymer Modified Grouts can be used in wet conditions and where water is present including groundworks, trenches and tunnelling.
