Gel Modified Grout

Pozament Gel Modified Grouts are a range of thixotropic, pre-blended cementitous grouts with an early gel time and excellent pumpable qualities when mixed with water. The heat of hydration is low with minimal plastic shrinkage. The Gel Modified Grout Range has a high resistance to sulphates and has a low density and high yield. Pozament Gel Modified Grouts are versatile and can be used for a range of applications including void filling, piling and ground remediation, amongst other general grouting operations.

Why use Pozament Gel Modified Grouts

The thixotropic properties of Pozament Gel Modified Grouts mean that their viscosity decreases as pressure is applied, allowing them to be pumped into place but set quickly once in place.
Fast gelling times once in place and minimal plastic shrinkage, enable Pozament gel modified grout to keep their shape and avoids sagging, slumping or shrinkage.
Pozament Gel Modified Grouts gel quickly once in position and set in 6-12 hours, allowing work to be completed quickly.

Gel modified grout for crack filling
Pozament Gel Modified Grouts are suitable for filling cracks and voids. High fluidity during pumping, ensures maximum penetration and fast gelling times dramatically reduces grout loss in areas when used to fill cracks or fissures.
Gel modified grout for void filling, stabilisation and ground remediation
The thixotropic properties of Pozament Gel Modified Grouts ensure maximum penetration of voids and maintain their shape and volume once in place. This makes them suitable for void filling, stabilisation and ground remediation.
Gel modified grout for tunnelling
The gelling consistency of Pozament Gel Modified Grouts make it ideal for use on vertical or overhead applications in tunnelling environments.
