Why use Pozament Cable Bolt Grout
With an early gel time and rapid strength gain, Pozament Cable Bolt Grout ensures high early bond strength to securely anchor cable bolts. It achieves compressive strengths of 40 N/mm2 after 1 day, 60 N/mm2 after 3 days, 70 N/mm2 after 7 days and 80 N/mm2 after 14 days. This easily exceeds BS 7862-2 minimum requirements.
As a rapid set expansive grout Pozament Cable Bolt Grout quickly forms a gel like consistency helping it stay in place and sets quickly with an initial set time of 3.5 hours and final set time of 5 hours. Expansive properties help to enhance bond strength and bolt anchorage.
The flowing consistency of Pozament Cable Bolt Grout means it can be easily pumped into place with excellent penetration but thicken quickly once in place to minimise run out.
